Student Success
Coordinators

The Evolve502 Student Success Team is here to help JCPS students navigate the transition from high school to college and career. Coordinators can advise on college readiness, availability of aid and how to apply for the Evolve502 Scholarship.

Student Success Coordinators will contact scholars throughout the year about their required steps needed to complete the Evolve502 Scholarship application and upcoming events in FAFSA and application completion. If you are not receiving emails after your application is submitted, please check your promotions or spam folder.  Contact the student success coordinator assigned to your high school listed below for any questions.
