Evolve502 uses data to strategically identify priority areas where JCPS students head off track. Then we coordinate with our city and community partners to connect students with the targeted support they need. Evolve502 is partnering with JCPS to deliver summer reading and math learning opportunities to keep students on track. More than 2,000 students participated in summer programs in 2019.
Evolve502 is working to integrate education data with the United Community platform, making Louisville the first community to braid together data from education, health, and human services. With the support of predictive analytics software and United Community, we will be able to flag students who fall off track and match them and their families with critical interventions.
